Welcome to the Purchasing Office at Tennessee Tech University! The Purchasing Office provides for all academic and administrative University departments in the areas of purchasing and contracting, as well as co-administers the TTU Procard Program. Our primary role is to ensure that the University obtains products and services that meet customer needs and are acquired at competitive pricing.
The Purchasing Office is committed to maintaining quality internal controls to ensure accountability, compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and the responsible stewardship of the university's resources. Pursuing excellence in all that we do, the Purchasing Office strives to be flexible in order to meet the needs of our customers within the parameters established by our policies and procedures.
