Digital Ethics is the idea and use of digital / digitized media in a legal and educated way. Is there Digital Media that I can use without worrying about CopyRight Laws?

Yes, there are ways of using even copyrighted materials as well as items that fall under what is referred to as the Public Domain.

Media that is copywritten can be used under what is referred to as "Fair Use." Please note that from the following link that "Fair Use" is a leniant term and if there is any doublt about using such copyrighted material it is in best interest to optain permission from the copyright holder of the said media or material.

Media that is licensed under Creative Commons or Public Domain can be used under certain restrictions. Creative Commons typically applies to publc use with some restrictions by the creator or author, whereas Public Domain can be used freely for public and commercial entities. However it is always best to verify your sources and any copyrights that may apply to the media you are using before using it.
