Online Title VI Training

Tennessee Tech is pleased to implement the Tennessee Board of Regents System-Wide Online Title VI Training Module. The module was created by the TBR Office of the General Counsel and TBR Human Resources.

The TBR has made annual Title VI training mandatory for the following employees:

1) Deans, Department Heads, and Chairs
2) Campus Federal Program Administrators
3) Supervisors
4) AA/EEO Officers
5) Human Resources Directors and Staff
6) Title VI Coordinators

7) All new employees within 60 days of their employment

In addition, Tennessee Tech has approved the training for all TTU employees.

To take the training, go to the Online Title VI Training Site with the password "compliance" (all lowercase, no quotes).

After taking the quiz at the end of the training, you should complete the requested information including your name and email address. Then, choose the name of our institution (Tennessee Technological University) from the drop down menu. Continue and print a copy of your certificate of completion, and keep it for your file. When the certificate is printed, a record of your training will be sent to the TTU Human Resources and Affirmative Action offices.
