Academic Audit

Summer/Fall 2011:

  • Planning and Self-study activities for 2011-2012 Cohort (Academic Audit Coordinators, program leaders, and TBR)

September:

  • Training sessions for current Self-study Teams, future Self-study Teams & prospective Auditors (Regional Sessions are organized by TBR Academic Affairs and hosted regionally)

September 16:

  • Names of additional programs to be added to 2011-12 Academic Audit Cohort due to TBR (from each campus as applicable)

November 4:

  • Recommendation by each Self-Study Team of  Auditors* & Auditor Team Site Visit Date Due to TBR (AA Campus Coordinator informs TBR Academic Affairs)

    *A program may nominate up to two prospective members of its Auditor Team. Prospective Auditor Team members may be from TBR institutions or other institutions, but all auditor team members must participate in an approved Academic Audit training session.

November 11 (forward):

  • Identification of Auditors, Team Leaders; formation of Auditor Teams (Organized by TBR Academic Affairs)

January 31, 2012:

  • Self-Study Reports Due to TBR (Electronic submission in one PDF file)
  • Auditor Teams and Team Leaders appointed and announced (Organized by TBR Academic Affairs)

February:

  • Training for Auditor Team Members, Auditor Team Leaders, and following year’s Self Study Leaders (Regional Sessions are organized by TBR Academic Affairs and hosted throughout the region)

March 19-April 20:

  • Auditor Team campus visits (Arrangements made by Auditor Team Leader and AA Campus Coordinator)

May 18:

  • Auditor Team Report Due to TBR (By Auditor Team Leader)

June 15:

  • Audit Team Report Submitted to Chief Academic Officer (By TBR)

Ongoing:
