April 4, 1996
The April 4 meeting was cancelled because the only agenda item was the election of the chairperson for 1996-97. Dr. Matthew Zagumny was nominated by the nominating committee, and the election was held by mail ballot. Dr. Zagumny was elected to serve as chairperson.
