Freshmen,
sophomores, juniors, and seniors interested in accounting are welcome
to attend meetings and become members with the payment of $7 dues.
The organization promotes managerial accounting, internal auditing,
and governmental accounting and sponsors one to two social events
annually. Notices concerning meetings are posted throughout Johnson
Hall at the beginning of each semester.
Beta Alpha Psi

Co-Advisor: Dr. Larry Maples
Accounting majors
of at least junior standing with an overall QPA of 3.0 and a 3.0
QPA in all accounting courses may become members of this national
accounting fraternity. Professional meetings highlighting speakers
from such areas as the IRS, the State Audit Department, public accounting
firms, and industry are held throughout the year. Tutoring is made
available through members of this organization. Beta Alpha Psi members
participate in service projects and attend regional and annual meetings.
