Campus Visit Reservation

Before scheduling your visit, please read the Visit Schedule to see a list of available visit dates.

Please reserve your visit date at least one week in advance, to allow time for the office to mail you a pre-visit packet with directions to campus and a parking permit.

For weekday visits, the morning visit starts at 9 a.m. central time, and the afternoon visit officially starts at 1 p.m. central time (11:45 a.m. for summer afternoon visits). If you attend the afternoon visit and want to eat lunch on campus before the visit starts, please arrive at 12 noon central time.

When you arrive on campus, please check-in at the Admissions Office, Derryberry Hall, Room 209.

** If you are wanting to make changes to an existing reservation, please email visitplanner@tntech.edu with your previous visit plans and any necessary changes.**
