scheduled campus visits starting at both 9:30 a.m. CST and 12:30

the entire visit, lunch included. Parents and family are welcome to come and visit
the campus with their student.
Summer 2008 (May - July) Schedule
Fall 2008 (September - December) Schedule
We recognize that, as a transfer student, you have a pretty good idea about what you are looking for in a college. In the itinerary that is posed below, we only encourage you to attend the activities that you feel are useful. If there are other aspects of TTU that interest you, simply let us know and we will add this to your schedule. You're a VIP visitor while on campus, we're here for you!
1. Transfer Coordinator
First of all, you'll have a meeting with our Transfer Coordinator to talk about everything from transfer credits and scholarships to student life. Be sure to bring catalogs and unofficial copies of your transcripts from all previous institutions for specific questions.
2. Campus Tour
Next will be a one-hour walk around the campus led by one of our Student
Admissions Representatives. This will allow you to explore the campus and get a student's perspective of what it is like to go to Tennessee Tech! (Check them out here!)
3. Departmental Representative Finally, you will have the opportunity to talk with a departmental
representative from your intended major.
**Additional Information**
Other aspects of TTU that may interest you include: residence halls, the Honors Program, Disability Services, ROTC, the Music Program, the Black Cultural Center, or even the Fitness Center. If you would like to see any of these personally, be sure to let us know and allow a little extra time to visit.
4. Lunch and a TTU T-shirt!
During the day, you'll be given one free pass to eat lunch on campus* as well as a free Tennessee Tech T-shirt. If all this sounds appealing, take a look at the days we offer visits below and fill out a Online Visit Reservation Form!
* You may visit our dining facilities at your convenience; one free pass provided per prospective student; $5 for each guest in the MarketPlace; cost will vary in Swoops Food Court.
** Please understand that your campus visit does not include advisement for classes. If you would like to schedule an advisement appointment, please contact your department directly.
