Description - This program strives to increase the diversity of students who earn Ph.D.s and become college & university faculty. All awardees attend the nation's largest meeting of minority doctoral scholars each year.

Doctoral Scholars Program Award:

• $15,000 stipend
• Waiver of tuition/fees
• Five-year support package

Dissertation-Year Award:

• $15,000 stipend & research funds
• Waiver of tuition/fees
• One-year support package
