Description - Given to Latino students who have demonstrated a history of leadership in their community.  There is no G.P.A requirement and full time undergraduate and graduate students of all majors are eligible to apply.  Students attending community college will receive $1,000 and those attending a four year university or graduate/professional program will receive $2,500.
