How to Pay/View Your Student Account

To pay/view your student account online, you may use our Eagle Online system. It is available from 8 am to 8 pm central standard time Monday through Friday and 12 noon to 12 midnight on weekends.
We accept Echeck, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.

To use the web payment service, you must be registered for classes in the applicable term you choose (excluding application fees and dorm prepayments). If you cannot access a particular term via the web, please call (931) 372-3311 and ask to speak to a cashier.

Step 1
 

After entering the "Registration, Grades, Student Services, Bill Payment" section of Eagle Online, you will be asked for your Social Security Number and your PIN. After entering this information, click the "login" button. If you’ve forgotten your PIN, you can request it to be emailed to your TTU email account (see the "forgot your pin" instructions on the login page) or you can contact the Registration Office by calling (931) 372-3966 or (800) 268-0242.

 
 
Step 2
 

Once you have successfully logged into Student Services, you will need to select "Account Summary/Credit Card or Echeck Payment" under the Student Records section.

 
 
Step 3
 

You will need to select an appropriate term. You can choose the current term and your balance will reflect any current term charges that are due as well as any prior term charges. If you select a prior term, the balance will reflect only the charges that were posted up to the end of the semester selected and will not reflect any current term charges or any future term charges. When using the web, you must pay the entire balance currently due. If you wish to make a partial payment using a credit card, you must call the Business Office (931) 372-3311 and ask to speak to a cashier.

Once you have selected a term, your account balance will appear (scroll down to see an account summary of the selected term). If you wish to pay the amount due, you will need to choose a payment method (Echeck or Credit Card).
If you choose to pay via Echeck, you will need to enter the required information in the spaces provided. Please enter the information as it appears on the personal check being used to pay the account. You will need the name, address, bank routing number, and bank account number. Note: Do not enter your check number. Once you have entered all the required information, click “continue”. This will take you to an Authorization Agreement page and after you verify the information, you will continue to a receipt page. Please print and retain the receipt for future reference.

If you choose to pay via credit card, you will be asked for the credit card number, expiration date, billing street address, and zip code. Click the “submit” button ONCE. If the transaction is approved, you will be transferred to a receipt page. Please print the receipt and keep it for future reference.

If you are paying for maintenance fees, your enrollment will automatically be confirmed. Payment of fees is considered confirmation.
