The Tech Users Group (TUG) was formed to keep Tennessee Tech University
personnel updated on the newest technology, to share information among
staff computer users, and to help increase productivity and efficiency
in campus offices.
Membership in the Users Group is open to all University employees.
Meetings are held the last Thursday of each month (if that Thursday is
a holiday, then the meeting is held the preceding week. The meetings
will be at 11:00 a.m. Locations may vary, depending upon the program
being presented and the equipment available.
Communication between Group members is primarily via E-Mail. There is
also a newsgroup, TNTECH.ORGS.TUG, for discussion of topics, questions
and answers, and notices of events.
If you would like your name added to the TUG mailing list, contact
either Rosie Fox, Chair (372-3175, E-Mail:
rjfox@tntech.edu), or Gwen Ray,
Vice Chair, (372-3658, E-Mail: gray@tntech.edu).
