Robert is a Research and Development Engineer with many years of experience in university research. The current pressing project is the establishment of a laboratory sized power grid for frequency studies. He also maintains, improves, and customizes the center's proprietary heatrate code for coal fired power plants. He works on a wide variety of other projects. Robert likes mountain biking, canoeing, camping, rock climbing, and playing World of Warcraft in his spare time.

Etter provides a steady foundation for day to day operation of the center. She coordinates and monitors Center financial and accounting records for State Appropriations, Contracts and Grants. She prepares various budgets, supervises the Center's secretarial staff, and advises on TTU policies and procedures.
