CHEM 1110/1120 MAKEUP EXAM PERMISSION FORM Hourly Exam Makeup Policy: Students should endeavor to take Chem1110/1120 hour exams at the time scheduled on the syllabus. Exceptions to this can be granted only for extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis, for reasons such as legitimate TTU course conflicts, an inflexible work schedule, field trips in other courses, participation in TTU varsity athletic events, and so forth. If a legitimate conflict exists, the student may have this form filled out and get permission to take the scheduled make-up exam. The make-up exam is written to be of equal difficulty as the regularly scheduled exam to the greatest extent possible. Taking the makeup exam will not be granted for superficial reasons, such as the need for additional study days, social events, going home early for the weekend, etc. Instructions : · Please complete the following form and sign it.
