Bomem MB-Series FTIR spectrometer

Bomem FT-IRs (fourier-transform infrared spectrometers) are used for quality control and quality analysis in the plastics, petroleum, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Such spectrometers are also being increasingly used in the monitoring of air quality and atmospheric pollution emissions. FT-IRs are an excellent tools for identifying functional groups and organic classifications (such as aldehydes, ketones, alcohols, etc.). Location: Foster Hall 106.
