The Varian 3100 Excalibur™ mid-, near- and far-infrared range FT-IR spectrometer gives you the only truly research-grade performance in its class. Excalibur’s design delivers the highest signal-to-noise ratio allowing you to analyze difficult samples such as Angstrom-thick films, low concentration analytes in water, and trace impurities in strongly absorbing matrices.
