Molecular Modeling in the PC Lab

The Chemistry Department Molecular Modeling PC Lab in Foster Hall Room 326 is equipped with 19 PCs. Several chemistry-specific modeling software packages are installed on these machines which are used routinely in instruction throughout the curriculum as well as in undergraduate and graduate research. These machines and software were initially purchased by a grant from the National Science Foundation to the Chemistry Department entitled “Incorporation of Computers in the Chemistry Curriculum at TTU.” The PC lab is also equipped with a projection system and screen to facilitate instruction.
