The Acoustics and Noise Control Lab's equipment includes the following:
Noise Measuring Equipment:
- 1 Larson•Davis 2900B dual channel sound level meter/analyzer with intensity module and advanced signal generator;
- 3 Larson•Davis 712 noise dosimeters/type 2 sound level meters;
- 2 type 1 sound level meters, CEL275 and Rion NA61;
- 1 8-channel PC based data acquisition system
Microphones:
- 30 microphones, various sizes (1/8" - 1") and brands;
- 15 B&K and ACO microphone preamplifiers;
- 6 B&K and ACO microphone power supplies;
- 1 intensity probe and 2 phase matched microphone pairs;
- 6 B&K UAO436 turbulence screens
