Susan is the Director of Training and Development for O’Charley’s Inc. and has more than fifteen years of experience working in the field of facilitation, training, and development. Susan specializes in helping organizations improve team effectiveness by creating performance-driven cultures that support continuous improvements.
Susan holds a Master’s degree in Business from Tennessee Technological University and an Undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She has earned recognition in the global certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Susan regularly devotes time preparing undergraduate college students for careers in the hospitality industry through various course instruction and also serves as an external reviewer for capstones courses for MBA students.
