FIBERS Introduction to Hand Spinning $240 Claudia Lee Experience the joy of spinning your own yarn. Learn or reintroduce yourself to the basics of spinning on a wheel. Use beautiful wool from local sheep; spin a “singles” and a plied yarn. More advanced techniques for designing novelty yarns are demonstrated. Beginning-Intermediate; Materials Fee $65 (estimated cost of a pound of wool), payable to instructor Claudia Lee has been teaching and spinning yarn for weaving and knitting projects for 35 years.
