White Oak Baskets: Round & Market Style

Start with a tree and end with a basket. Learn to identify and select a white oak tree, split a tree to make parts for a basket, and create a market or round basket. All skill levels; Instructor will provide a white oak log
Bobby Edwards has been making white oak baskets for 10 years and learned traditional basket making from Scott Gilbert, Beth Hester and Josi Jones.

Explore the magic of dropping paint colors onto the surface of thickened water, manipulating the colors to an endless variety of patterns, then transferring the patterns onto a fabric surface.
