Figurative Sculpting in Clay

Hollow & Sculptural Glass Beads

Move beyond the basics of glass beadmaking and create hollow beads, shape them into amphora, make hollow and core-wound vessels, and explore other sculptural shapes over the torch. Intermediate; Materials Fee $25, payable to instructor

Brittain’s work is featured in galleries throughout the southeast and in several beadmaking books. She is a member of the Southern Highland Craft Guild, Piedmont Craftsmen, TACA, and Foothills Craft Guild.
