How long does it take to complete a project?

Each project has different facets which affect how long it will take to be completed. Things such as if all needed information is ready when Creative Services is contacted or if our production schedule is already full with current projects. The timelines below are general guidelines to help with your planning and are not guarantees. Timelines for each individual project will be prepared for you after initial discussion of your project.

Small Projects

(e.g., small quantities [under 500], 1-2 colors, usually printed by Printing Services)

  • Postcards
  • Fliers
  • General Invitations
  • Comment Cards
  • Single Print Ads

Timeline

Editing: 5 days
Design: 3 days
Approvals: 2 days
Printing: 5 days

(e.g., 1-4 colors, large quantities [more than 500])

  • Postcards
  • Posters
  • Trifold Brochures
  • Newsletters (4-8 pages)
  • Billboards
  • Banners
  • Show Programs
  • Formal Invitations (special paper)

Editing: 5-10 days
Design: 5-10 days
Approvals: 4 days
Printing: 10-15 days
