Support for Women
The Commission on the Status of Women provides a supportive campus climate for female students and women in faculty, staff, and administrative positions by promoting an awareness of women's issues, overseeing the TTU Women's Center and initiating programs of interest to women in the TTU community.

The commission works to promote the hiring and promotion of women as well as Improve opportunities for women in faculty, administrative, and staff positions.
Opportunities to Learn
Through TTU's Women's Center and other avenues, the commission provides educational opportunities about specific issues and events that enhance a general awareness and appreciation for diversity.
