Scholarships

With support from industries and friends, the department has been able to offer a number of scholarships to upper division ECE students. These scholarships have been offered the past few years:

• Professor Childress Endowment Scholarship Award
• Eta Kappa Nu Scholarship Award
• Class of 1957 Scholarship Award
• Southern Company Services - Excellence in Electric Power Award
• Square-D Excellence in Electric Power Award
• TVA Upperclassman Scholarship Award (to socially or economically disadvantaged students who pursue Power emphasis in electrical engineering)
