Summary of External Funding Generated by the College of Education

The College of Education at Tennessee Tech University, is a front-runner in teacher education, educational research, STEM education, learning strategies, and university/public partnerships.

In 2012, the college's Department of Curriculum and Instruction alone produced more than 2 million dollars of external funding in support of programs and initiatives serving TTU education students, current educators, regional P-12 students and educators, and many Upper Cumberland communities.

The College of Education as a whole contributed more than 30% of the total amount of external funds raised by the university's six colleges/schools that year.

Tennessee Tech's College of Education is committed to delivering high quality, successful, meaningful education programs and opportunities to its students, teachers, the community, and beyond.

Projects

  • Positive Behavior Support and Inclusion (PBSI)

    The purpose of PBSI is to provide consultation and collaboration with regional school-based personnel regarding the delivery of positive behavioral interventions and supports.
