I am a wildlife biologist, specializing in waterfowl ecology.  I teach Dendrology, Herpetology, Ornithology, Waterfowl Ecology, and Behavioral Ecology.  I co-teach Wildlife Techniques during summer with Dr. Hayslette.  My primary research interests involve movement patterns, interflock associations, and social biology of Canada geese.  I also have a keen interest in reptiles and amphibians, having advised a few graduate students with herpetological research projects and serving as the faculty curator of our herp collection.
