Sheltered Hour
The hour beginning at 11:00 am on each Tuesday and Thursday is reserved for activities other than classes. The following priorities should be followed:
Tuesdays
A. Activity involving students (primarily)
B. Activity involving faculty (primarily)
1st and 3rd Tuesdays -- Departmental clubs
2nd and 4th Tuesdays -- General interest clubs
5th Tuesdays -- Open
Thursdays
A. University Committees involving faculty, students, staff
B. Student committees not easily scheduled on Tuesdays
C. Special interest groups not easily scheduled on Tuesdays
