The Tennessee Tech Farm is providing a showing/fitting service for purebred beef cattle producers.  We have found that there is a need for this service among some purebred producers who lack the time and/or expertise to halter-break, feed, and fit their animals for shows/sales.  This service fits into our own purebred program and utilizes TTU students who have "show" backgrounds.  These are students who work on the farm while attending TTU.  We prepare the animals for show or sale including proper feeding, clipping, halter-breaking, and the necessary health work.  We also take the animal to the show/sale.  We do require the animal to be at the farm a minimum of 30-60 days prior to the show/sale.  Please contact us for our current fee structure.
