February

Complete your 2009 Federal Tax Income Tax Return to use in applying for aid.

Fill out the 2010-2011 FAFSA using your 2009 tax information.

March 15

Financial Aid Office's priority deadline to have all paperwork turned in.

Please send our office all documentation for any tuition reimbursement programs such as TN Best, Florida pre-paid, Saturn, etc., so that we may bill them as soon as you've pre-registered for classes.

April 15

Tennessee Teaching Scholars and other TSAC scholarship application deadline.

Have Teacher/State Employee Discounts for Summer authorized by employer and sent to Financial Aid Office.

Students graduating in May who have had a student loan must complete exit interview before graduation.

May 1

Should already have FAFSA into government to qualify for Lottery Scholarships.

Time to turn in Summer semester TBR discounts, staff scholarships, faculty tuition reimbursement, and PC 191 paperwork.

Award email notifications for currently enrolled students who have applied for 2009-2010 are completed online.

Students graduating in August must complete exit interview before graduation.

May 2nd

1st day to register with a PC-191 fee waiver for summer.

May 16

Deadline to confirm pre-registered Summer schedules with the Business Office.

May 29

First of Two Summer Financial Aid Disbursements Available - Students with Excess Financial Aid for Summer may be able to pick up their excess aid check in the Business Office according to schedule posted on Bursar's Office Website. Direct Deposits of first disbursments of Excess Aid will be available this day.

July

Second Disbursements of Summer Financial Aid - Direct Deposits of Second Disbursements of Excess Financial Aid will be available in the Business Office according to the schedule posted on the Bursar's Office Website.

July 15
