Q - How do I confirm my enrollment?

If your fees are fully covered by a scholarship, graduate assistantship, or other financial aid, you must still confirm your enrollment by the August 14, 2012 deadline in order to retain your schedule. Enrollment may be confirmed on Eagle Online, or by directly notifying a Business Office cashier (hours, 8:00 - 12:00, 1:00 - 3:30). Confirmations by mail must be received by the deadline. Failure to confirm enrollment by the deadline will result in schedule cancellation. Students who pay fees and confirm enrollment by the deadline but decide not to attend must withdraw by notifying the Office of Student Affairs, (931-372-3411 or FAX 931-372-6335).

Q - Where can I pick up my Excess Aid Check?

Excess aid checks will not be processed until mid- September. For more information go to the Bursar's Office web site. You can also complete online a direct deposit request in order to have your excess financial aid direct deposited and save yourself the trouble of waiting for your check.

Q - Where do I go to fill out an Entrance Interview for Direct Loans?

Q - How do I apply for a University Loan?

At the start of each semester, University Loans are available. This loan is available online only this year, beginning on August 29th. You may only apply for a university loan in the amount of fees that you owe so that you may confirm your courses. You will receive enough to set up a deferred payment plan (1/2 of what you owe plus $50) and this will allow you 30 days to get your financial aid in order. You must be registered in order to apply for a university loan.

Understand that this is a meeting to complete the application and that you will need 2 co-signers for the promissory note that you may pick up from our receptionist after 1:00 p.m. the day after your application meeting. If you attend the afternoon session, you may pick up your promissory note the next morning after 9:30.

Remember to turn in your Promissory Note to the Loans Accounting Office in Derryberry Hall. Funds for these loans are limited. These loans must be repaid by October 1, 2012. Q - How do I get a SGA Book Loan?

SGA loans for a maximum of $150 will be available as long as funds last, beginning on Monday, August 27, on the Financial Aid Office website. Your fall schedule must be confirmed to apply. These loan applications are now online. Next, complete your Promissory Note in the Loans Accounting Office in Derryberry Hall. These loans must be repaid no later than October 1, 2012.

Q - When & where may I pick up my work assignment?

On regular Registration day in the Mutli Purpose Room in the University Center. We're distributing the service and work contracts differently this year. Because of the number of students that need to pick up assignments, it is necessary to strictly adhere to a distribution schedule. We will be using the schedule below:
