** If you wish to drop to a lower level of enrollment
or to withdraw from the university, you must request approval
from the Administrator in the Records Office to retain the
Tennessee Education Lottery Scholarship award.

Take drop request form and any supporting documentation
to the Administrator in the Records Office for approval.

If your request to drop a course(s)
is approved:
- Hours dropped and remaining hours are recorded on the
change in status form.
- Student is given the change-in-status form to read and
sign.
- The change-in-status form informs a student that his/her
lottery award and/or lottery eligibility could be jeopardized
by dropping a course.
- Student signs acknowledging he/she understands risk of
repaying some or all of lottery award received for the term.
- Change-in-status form is received at Registration Office.
- Registration Office forwards forms received to Lottery
Scholarship Coordinator.
- Lottery Scholarship Coordinator makes appropriate adjustments
to student award if affected.
If you request to drop a course(s) after the "drop
date" is denied:
Student is informed that dropping the course without an approval
may terminate all future semesters of lottery eligibility.
