Exercise
Recommendation
Based on your health and exercise history, goals, and time availability,
a personal exercise program can be designed for you. Exercise
recommendations are for those who have little or no knowledge on
how to get fit or for those who need their current program redesigned
due to lack of success. Each recommendation is a balanced program
that includes cardiovascular training, strength training, flexibility,
and demonstrations of all exercise and equipment needed. You must
be a TTU student currently enrolled in at least 6 hours, a member,
or eligible non-member to qualify for this service. Prior to making
an appointment, a required questionnaire must be filled out and
returned to the HPP office and the appropriate fee must be paid.
NOTE: You may be required to obtain your physician's approval prior
to your appointment with a fitness consultant.
