Q. What do I do if my card will not scan?
For students, there are 3 possible reasons your card
may not scan:

2. your Eagle Card has become damaged
3. you are not enrolled in classes this semester
so your Eagle Card is not activated.
If the reason for your card not scanning is our scanner
is malfunctioning, we have the ability to fix our scanner or verify
your enrollment at the Front Desk, (via a lisiting of currently
enrolled students that is provided to us by Admissions and Records).
If you are faculty or staff and your card won't scan during office
hours, the office can verify your membership status. If it is after
office hours, ask to see a supervisor. If your Eagle Card has become
damaged, you will need to go to the Eagle Card office and have it
fixed. The Eagle Card office is located in the Roaden University
Center, Room 230.
