Aerobic Dance

Remember when all you needed was a clear floor space to get fit? Well, it is back to the basics in this class, hi/lo, dance, floor aerobics, whatever you call it: it is fun, will make you sweat and help you get fit!

Aqua Dance

Join us in the pool as we dance to an eclectic mix of oldies, latin, and rock and roll. It's easy to learn, easy on the joints, and so much fun that you won't believe it's aerobic exercise! No swimming required.

Cardio Kick

Kick boxing - TTU style! If you want a workout with a kick, check this out.

Cardio Sculpt

A class that will always be part cardio and part sculpting. But the variations are limitless!

Cardio Surprise

Step and/or dance for your cardio and last half will be toning!

Cycle Circuit

Using the stationary bike increase your cardiovascular capacity and using hand weights and body weight increase your strength. Get it ALL done in one class!

Dance and Define

Have fun while moving to traditional hi-lo and classic dance moves then finish the class by sculpting your lower body and abs.

Get Moving

Using the step for your cardio, handweights to build muscle, and the stability ball to strengthen your abs and back, this class will NEVER bore you!

Dancing for your heart and toning for your"parts."

H20 Aerobics

A fast-paced aerobic workout that will get your heart pumping while you stay cool in the pool. Toning included in each class. No swimming required.

Metabolism Enhancement Training - What? Build some muscle - To increase your metabolism -So you burn more calories - ALL day long!

Mind / Body on the Ball

Traditional yoga poses and classic pilate exercises have been adapted for the stability ball.

Pedal I.T.

A group fitness experience on a stationary bike! Great for everyone: male, female, conditioned, deconditioned, because YOU control your pace and resistance.

Pilates-Mat Works

A series of floor exercises that focus on lengthening and strengthening your core muscles. It is for all fitness levels and will leave you feeling toned and refreshed.

Power Yoga

This is NOT your mother's yoga! A challenging version of the hatha yoga that focuses on mind - body connection through breath control and linked poses. You will sweat!

Sculpt Zone

A class for all fitness levels designed to improve muscular strength and endurance. Each major muscle group is targeted using a variety of resistance equipment. If you want to lose body fat and sculpt your muscles, this class is a must!

Step Xpress

A dynamic non-stop 30-minute class for those who think they don't have enough time to exercise.

Trekking

An equipment based class that meets in the Cardio Room and uses the treadmills. Be guided and gently pushed to workout harder to acheive your fitness goals.

Water Works

This class uses water's natural properties like buoyancy and added resistance to increase your fitness level.

Yoga

One of the fastest growing classes in the nation. Get stronger, more centered, and flexible.

20 - 20

Maximize your efforts while minizing the time spent exercising. This class will have 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of resistance training.
