Freshman Orientation
Welcome!
As a new college freshman, you might be asking, "How will I know who my advisor is?", "Where will my classes be?", "What will my classes be for the Fall?", and a multitude of others. The Office of Orientation and Student Success has created SOAR just for you. It's an opportunity to learn more about Tennessee Tech, meet your advisor, register for classes, meet new friends, and start your college career.
For new freshmen, SOAR is a two-day program that allows you to find answers to all of your questions while becoming familiar with the campus.
We're excited that you've chosen Tennessee Tech as your college family.
Prepare to spread your wings and fly as a Tennessee Tech Golden Eagle during SOAR 2009.
UPDATE: SOAR Invitation letters will be mailed out to admitted freshman on April 27. Please look for your letter to arrive at your home the first week of May.
