Absentia Graduation Graduate students who have been approved to graduate in absentia may have their diplomas mailed to them or they may be picked up in the Graduate School Office after the actual conferral of the degrees; however, the University cannot accept responsibility for incorrect addresses, faulty postal service, or diplomas damaged en route. Any student who fails to pay all indebtedness to the University may not be issued a diploma or a transcript. Page last updated: 6/22/06 |
