Mattie Sue Cooper Hall

MS Cooper Hall is a co-ed residence hall and serves as the International Hall. It is part of the Pinkerton Quad complex. It was built in 1969 and is named in honor of Mattie Sue Cooper, head of the library’s reference department for 15 years at Tennessee Technological University.
