845 N. Dixie Avenue
The University Services Building houses Heating Plant, University Police, Printing Services, and Telecommunications Offices. It was first erected in 1929 as the Heating Plant and Steam Laboratory. A south wing was added in 1948 and a north wing in 1949, in addition to several renovations.
