How to Apply Online

To apply for Admissions to Graduate Studies online, you may use our Eagle Online system. It is available from 8 am to 8 pm central standard time Monday through Friday and 12 noon to 12 midnight on weekends.

Before navigating away from this page, you might print these instructions to assist you with the login process when you apply online.

Step 1

After entering the "Apply for Admission" section of Eagle Online, you will be asked for your Social Security Number. This is required so our system can enter your application under the correct student account. You will also be asked to enter your PIN. If you’ve not had any previous contact with our university (test scores), you may choose any 6-digit number for your PIN. If you’ve previously made contact with TTU, please use the PIN that the university assigned you. If you do not know your PIN, please contact the Graduate Studies admissions office at (931) 372-3233 or gradstudies@tntech.edu. Click "continue".

If you do not have a Social Security Number or wish not to give it, then choose "I do not have a social security number". You will be asked to fill out some information about yourself, and a temporary ID will be assigned to you. You then create your own PIN number.

Step 2

The next few pages will lead you through various parts of the application process, including enrollment information (type of student, term for which you are applying, major, etc), personal information, college history and residency.

Step 3

When you complete the application, you will have an opportunity to review what you have entered, to ensure that it is correct, and then submit it. You can pay the application fee online by credit card or mail a check or money order to the Office of Graduate Studies.
