Theta Pi
Beta Theta Pi is over 160 years old and has been at
Tennessee Tech since eight men founded it in 1984. Beta Theta Pi
has prided itself on brotherhood, friendship, and good grades with
a minimum college requirement of a 2.5 GPA to be active on Tech's
campus. They have been very active in the community by sponsoring
an Easter egg hunt and a Haunted House in Cookeville as well as
helping out with many service projects for the city. Beta Theta
Pi is also a very active fraternity with annual attendance at Eastern
Kentucky University for a Beta basketball tournament, road trips
to other chapters in the U.S., and their National Convention.
Whether we're competing on campus or supporting the Golden Eagles,
the first mark of a Beta is his Beta Spirit. Brotherhood thrives
in community service, competition, cookouts, and late night themes.
Beta Theta Pi invites all men to tilt a chair and loaf a while within
our broad domain.
