Kappa Alpha
The brothers of the Theta Upsilon chapter take pride
in being a part of the Tennessee Technological University Greek
life through the principles of Scholarship, Leadership, Athletics,
and Gentlemen. Founded nationally in 1868 and locally in 1981, Pi
Kappa Alpha's purpose is to give the brothers the opportunity to
become well-rounded men, giving them more options in life after
college. Pi Kappa Alpha at Tech is a growing organization with many
goals set forth by the brothers in order to remain a vital part
of the university community. They are continually striving to excel
in the classroom, participate in other campus organizations, and
to serve the community to the utmost of their ability. They have
several annual activities including, Pike's Peak and varied events
to support their philanthropy, Big Brothers of America.
