Stages of individual and family development and the relationships people form throughout their lives are also prominent aspects of the program. Application to the Child Life concentration is required as a gateway to the Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) credential, and CDFR students choosing the concentration should apply for it during the first semester of their junior year.
