This committee oversees planning of TTU Honors Program participation at state, regional, and national honors conferences.

Chair Prerequisites:

• One of the chairs must have attended at least two honors conferences.

Chair Requirements:

• At least one chair must participate in each honors conference that TTU is attending.
• Advertise conferences at least one month in advance of the proposal deadline.
• Serve as contact persons for conference information.
• Collect panel proposals, compile them, and present them to the Directors.
• Plan and oversee mandatory rehearsal sessions.
• Review Honors behavior rules, etiquette, and guidelines with conference attendees.
• Be in charge of registering punctually.
