You must submit this form to the Publicity Committee Chair, Elizabeth Sensing, at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ,  two weeks prior to your event. If you are planning a larger event, please give the committee more notice. All off-campus publicity requires review by Dr. Barnes, who will submit the information to Public Affairs for their approval.

You must submit this form to the Steering Committee before making a purchase. Without prior approval, the Steering Committee will not reimburse you. Be sure to provide a copy of the fund request to your committee's liaison in time for your events.  Save all receipts and submit detailed information on the Request for Reimbursement Form after your purchase.  No reimbursements will be issued without receipts. 

Reserving the Honors Lounge

To make sure that the Honors Lounge is reserved for your activity, go to the Honors Office and indicate the specific starting and ending time of your event in the Lounge Reservation Notebook.  Please include the name of the event and your name and contact information. 

Steering Committee Meetings

The Steering Committee meets bi-weekly in the Honors Lounge. Spring 2011 meetings are held every other Wednesday at 7 pm.  Please provide your committee's liaison with any information or materials we should look over (e.g., fund requests).
