Service Committee

This committee coordinates Honors students' community service projects in cooperation with the University Service Center.

Chair Requirements

  • In cooperation with the University Service, coordinate service opportunities for the committee and encourage other Honors students to participate.
  • Plan at least three service events each semester.
  • Troubleshoot any problems that volunteers might have with service organizations.
  • Inform the Publicity Committee, Directors, Steering Committee, and Honors Council of proposed service projects.
  • Announce planned service events to the ASG via email.
