Big Sibs wanted for 2012!
Big Sibs offer incoming freshman students individualized guidance as they navigate the strange new terrain of college life. We are looking for returning Honors students who would like to be of assistance to next year's freshmen. Being a big sib involves helping out with summer SOAR, attending a training session in the spring and another in the fall, and being actively available to your assigned little sibs. Download and print a 2012 Big Sib Application form, complete it, and submit it to the Honors Office as soon as possible. Be a member of the Team Big Sib for 2012!
Current Big Sibs for 2012:
Once you have been accepted as a big sib for 2012, you will be contacted by a Big Sib Co-chair. You must take the Big Sib Information Quiz and obtain a PERFECT SCORE, as part of your Big Sib training. The Big Sib co-chair will provide you with a USERNAME and a PASSWORD to access the quiz. You may take the quiz more than once, until you obtain a perfect score. If you miss any items the first time, STUDY the suggested resources, and get the correct information, before re-taking the quiz.
