Ambassador of the Month Award Nomination Form

All regular full-time and part-time TTU employees are eligible for nomination. Any TTU employee, student, or friend of the University may fill out this online application. An application is also available at Human Resource Services in Derryberry Hall or the Information Desk in the University Center. These applications should be mailed to the President's Office, Box 5007. Please do not send letters of recommendation.
