Coordinate new employee and benefit orientation, educating and enrolling employees in their benefits. Responsible for accuracy of enrollment paperwork, processing with vendors, entering new employee data, deductions and changes into Edison and Banner. Processes FML requests and prepares FMLA paperwork. Calculate and process leave reports. Responsible for payments to vendors. Helps resolve issues between Benefits Administration and employees. Responsible for calculating longevity and leave accrual dates. Understand and follow policies and procedures and accurately communicate those to employees. Remain current on all benefit policies, forms and websites. Serves as backup for worker comp and other team members.

Also serves as the contact person for Banner HR INB access and Banner HR e~Print access.  Conducts HR queries for requested information.  Reviews and signs paperwork (PAF's) for permanent (benefitted) employees, temporary employees, adjuncts, graduate assistants, and overload.
