How do you edit an existing checklist?

From your checklist page, select the name of the checklist you wish to edit. You will now be able to add/remove items to the checklist.

How do I add release conditions to a checklist?

First create your checklist, then select the edit icon next to the checklist you wish to edit. Click the Add Existing button below the Additional Release Conditions to add release conditions.
